Praline Pecans

Pecan pralines are an all-time favorite Southern candy created by early Creole cooks. (If you've ever had a praline, you know what a wonderful flavor treat it is!) For this popular snacking pecan, we grind pralines to a fine candy sugar...dip our Mammoth pecan halves in a sweet glaze...then cover th pecans with a generous coating of ground praline candy.
