Ingredients

  • 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 cup finely chopped cooked chicken breasts
  • 3 teaspoon finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise (or more to taste)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped Mammoth pecans
  • 1 dash salt, freshly ground black pepper, and cayenne to taste

Directions

Makes 4 servings

Finely chop Mammoth pecans and combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Cover and chill for at least two hours before serving.
