A nine-inch, deep-dish, sweet and savory pie filled with one and a half pounds of uncased, South-Louisiana sourced, traditional pork boudin laced with a lovely layer of sweet potato soufflé and topped with our signature Cane River pecan praline glaze. The pie is 100% handmade including our hand-rolled, in-house vodka-infused crust. The pie is shipped frozen and will need to be baked for one and a half hours before serving. Price includes overnight shipping to the 48 contiguous states. We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for next day delivery.
