Ingredients:

  • 3 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar plus more for coating
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup dark rum
  • 3 tablespoon bourbon or brandy
  • 1 cup pecan meal

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Form the mixture into balls the size of walnuts and roll gently in confectioners sugar. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
